***************************Please Note***********************
* Darin taught cinch making, made a few cinches, and developed marketing materials for 5 Star Equine from November 2005 till October 2006 and was then laid off and presented with a letter "Closure of Business Relationship" from 5 Star. Their continued use of the ArtCords' logo and Darin's name has been without written permission and led many to believe that Darin is associate with them professionally. We respectfully point out that he is in no way associated with 5 Star.
When 5 Star failed to deliver on royalties promised for produced cinches and breast collars in return for services rendered, they forfeited rights to use of the ArtCords logo and Darin's name. Since Darin teaches principles of cinch making, any claim to cinch designs being "exclusive" are undocumented.
